About Me:
Technology is supposed to make everyday life easier. But when you’re struggling to find your way around an app, book something online or work out where to click next, it can feel anything but easy.
And when everyday tasks start feeling complicated, it’s not just frustrating. It can affect your confidence and leave you relying on other people for things you’d rather manage yourself.
I can’t take away the march of time but I can give people knowledge so they can make choices best for them with what they have.
Knowledge gives people options. Options give people choice. And choice helps preserve independence and dignity.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel more confident using everyday technology, without feeling rushed, overwhelmed or embarrassed about asking questions.
I’m Louise, the person behind The Flow Space, and helping people find their way through complicated things has been a big part of my working life for over 20 years.
I’ve worked across the NHS, local government and the voluntary sector, helping people access information, understand processes and find practical ways forward.
I’ve also seen first-hand how difficult life can become when more and more everyday services move online, particularly for people who haven’t had the opportunity or confidence to keep up.
That’s why I’m developing Digital Guidance and Support through The Flow Space.
My approach is friendly, patient and practical. It’s about helping you understand how to use everyday websites, apps and digital tools yourself, at your own pace, rather than having someone simply do everything for you.
Because being able to do more for yourself isn’t just about technology. It’s about confidence, independence and making everyday life that little bit easier.
That’s where I come in.
I support you by:
- Helping you find your way around everyday websites, apps and digital tools
- Breaking things down into simple, manageable steps without confusing jargon
- Showing you how to do things yourself, rather than taking over
- Giving you time to ask questions, practise and build confidence at your own pace
- Providing practical guidance you can refer back to afterwards, where appropriate
Whether you’re learning how to navigate the NHS App, finding your way around online shopping or simply trying to feel less overwhelmed by technology, my aim is to help you feel more confident and capable.
I know that what feels straightforward to one person can feel completely confusing to someone else. That’s why I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgement or pressure.
My values are honesty and integrity, clarity, reliability and supportive partnership. They’re at the heart of how I work and how I want people to feel when they come to The Flow Space.
Because the more confident you feel using everyday technology, the more freedom you have to manage things for yourself.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office too. I also hold a Basic DBS certificate, providing additional reassurance for individuals, families and organisations I work with.
I am listed on the Suffolk Business Directory. Although I am based in Suffolk, I work across the UK.
