I help busy working women turn Canva chaos into Canva calm through simple training, practical support and easy-to-use resources. My aim is to take away the overwhelm, reduce decision fatigue and help you create professional, consistent designs with confidence.
I believe Canva shouldn’t feel complicated. With the right guidance, anyone can learn how to use it effectively without wasting hours searching for the right template, font or feature.
Hi, my name is Louise Runnacles.
After having worked in admin for over 26 years, I’ve decided that I want to use my creativity in Canva and help busy working women cut through the chaos and overwhelm from the endless decisions that we carry.
If you’ve ever opened Canva thinking “this should be simple” and then found yourself stuck, second guessing everything, or running out of time – you’re not alone.
I work with busy women who are trying to show up consistently in their business, but don’t have the time or headspace to figure out branding, templates, and content on their own.
I’m Louise, the person behind The Flow Space, and I specialise in providing Canva support that feels calm, clear, and actually manageable.
I don’t believe you need to be a designer to create content that looks professional and aligned to your brand. You just need the right support, the right setup, and someone to show you how to use Canva in a way that works for you.
That’s where I come in.
